You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, RamaVault offers a straightforward return and exchange policy. Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order details.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product has been successfully processed. Please note that certain items may be exempt from returns or exchanges; refer to individual product descriptions for specifics.
